WATER DAMAGED CONCRETE
This project at a multi-family community, was an extreme example of what can happen to concrete when not cleaned regularly. Foliage such as trees, bushes, and other plants can accelerate this discoloration due to naturally occurring dyes and other nutrients in the plants. We will assess the level of damage and formulate a plan to best restore your property to its original clean state. Any chemicals needed or extra steps needed will be discussed with you prior to the start of project.
